I ordered the 54mm tamper in Olive wood.The quality of the wood and tamper seems good. However there is dents in the metal which should have been notised in quality control by the producer (Motta). For this reason I hope I can send it back with no costs.Furthermore I did initially want to use this tamper with my SAGE Barista Pro machine. For users of these machines it might be nice to know that this tamper does NOT fit the portafilter basket of these machine (Unfortunately it is about 1 mm too large which makes it impossible to tamp).In my case this is all right though since I have other coffee machines I could use it with – and the seller does NOT say that it fits these machines so I guess I should have checked it prior to ordering.However I do think that Quality control should be better and the product should not have dents in the metal like this which is why I only give 3 stars and I would not recommend buying this.
